If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber;
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless we first receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.
Receipt of Notice: Upon receiving a complete DMCA notification, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notification to the User: The user who uploaded the material will be notified of the complaint and provided with a copy of the notification.
